- Provide knowledge and skills needed by business graduates to be successful in the 21st-century workplace
- Provide business resources by
- Serving as guest lecturers and speakers
- Supporting and placing interns
- Identifying service learning opportunities
- Offering networking and mentoring opportunities
- Assist with job placement of Flagler College business graduates
- Establish and support a Distinguished CEO Lecture Series.
- Generate strategies to recruit and retain high-quality students in the business program competitively
