Kelly Toaston serves as a member of the President’s Cabinet. She provides overall strategic leadership to the college for HR, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives for the college including but not limited to recruiting, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, benefits, compensation, learning and development, employee relations, and institutional equity and compliance, Oversees all people related policies, procedures and ensures that all HR & DEI programs are consistently administered, aligned with institutional goals and are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and employment laws. Works closely and coaches executive team to ensure alignment with the overall mission and strategy. Leads the creation and implementation of a strategic inclusion and diversity plan for Flagler College. Develops and improves recruiting and retention practices while continuing to focus on succession planning strategies and implementation. Oversees and ensure rewards programs are comprehensive, competitive, and align with the college's strategic plan.
