• The enrollment deposit for Resident students is $500, and the enrollment deposit for Commuter students is $250. Deposits for Early Decision plan students are due Jan. 15, and deposits for Regular Decision plan students are due May 1.   
• If you are starting in January, your enrollment deposit is due three weeks from the date listed on your acceptance letter.   

Advance enrollment deposits are non-refundable and are applied to tuition and fees for the year. 

We will mail your financial aid offer to you after you complete your submission of your FAFSA and send all required supporting documents. Your offer will also be available on your financial aid portal.  

Every spring, we host Admitted Student Days, a dedicated series of open houses tailored to admitted students like you.

These events give you and your family the perfect opportunity to immerse yourselves in our campus, forge connections with our vibrant community, and get a firsthand feel for what awaits you here.

We also extend our reach by organizing receptions for admitted students in various locations nationwide, ensuring that you can engage with our College from coast to coast. 

Our IT Department will begin to issue them starting in March for those that have already deposited.

If you’ve committed after March, expect an email about a week after you’ve paid your deposit. This is the official means of communication for the college, so please get in the habit of checking your email every day! 

All students are welcome to bring a car and park on campus with a valid parking permit.  

• Yes, the cost of a parking decal changes every academic year.
• Getting your parking permit is easy. You can buy it online or get it during one of our Roar Up! Orientation events during the summer.
• Once you get your permit, you'll get a parking decal and information about where to park.
• To help kickstart this process, here are some instructions!  

• We want your transition to Flagler College to be as easy as possible. Flagler College offers a convenient online payment plan.
• You can use a payment plan to pay all or part of your tuition and avoid the high interest rates that can come with a traditional loan.
• Enrollment for the five-month payment plan is required each semester (fall and spring only) through the online payment site.
• The Fall Installment Plan begins July 15 and ends Nov. 15.
• The Spring Installment Plan begins Dec. 15 and ends April 15. 

Admitted Student Day is an exclusive chance for our admitted and deposited students to dive deeper into our campus experience and establish connections with their future peers.

• During this event, you'll get insight into our advising process, meet our exceptional staff and faculty members, and discover if Flagler College is the perfect fit for you.

Roar Up! Orientation is a vibrant, fun, and comprehensive two-day program crafted to set you up for success in the fall and spring semesters. It offers valuable academic preparation. And it’s a great way to start new friendships and connect with influential student leaders across our campus community.

• You will have the chance to get key items like your ID and parking decal and find out about the many services we provide to ensure your time at Flagler is a success.
• We encourage you to reserve your spot and become a vital part of this rich and transformative experience!  

• You are welcome to have an Undecided/Undeclared major during your first year or two as you explore your major or minor options.
• You will have the support of a CACE (Center for Advising and Core Experience) Advisor during this process to answer your questions and help guide you. 

Full-time tuition is flat-rate and includes 12-19 credit hours. Flagler has chosen to remain a small college to ensure that its students have the chance to get a more personal and individual education. 

Welcome Week is a weeklong tradition of events that give incoming and returning students a holistic campus experience. There's a wide range of events such as our annual Welcome Rally, Movie Night, Convocation, and more!  

One way to get involved on campus is by joining a student organization. You can find a list of upcoming events and student organizations on our involvement portal, saintsconnect.flagler.edu.  

• The student employment program is designed to provide students with work opportunities on campus. Jobs are posted online, and you must apply for open positions to be considered.
• Supervisors will conduct interviews directly with applicants. Pay rates follow the Minimum Wage Increase Plan, with increases at the beginning of each Fall Semester.
• You can work up to 100 hours per semester per position. You also have the option of working up to two positions. 

• The Flagler CORE program is our accelerated general education program that combines 21st-century skills employers are looking for with hands-on learning experiences.

Yes, all first-year students are required to live on campus. Some exceptions may be made for students living with family members in the local area. 

If you qualify for a merit scholarship, your scholarship offer will be listed in your acceptance letter. Your full financial aid package will be available after you complete and submit the FAFSA.  

• All incoming students are assigned to an advisor in the Center for Advising and Core Experience (CACE). First Year students will remain with that CACE Advisor all year.
• You can find your advisor by looking at your Unofficial Transcript or Advising Worksheet in my.flagler.edu once they have their login information from Tech Services. 

• On each move-in day, the Resident Advisors put on hall meetings to discuss important information such as policies, where things are in the residence halls (laundry, trash rooms, etc.), and the importance of community building.
• After that, Resident Advisors will host hall parties to ensure a smooth transition into educational (and fun!) programming.  

• Admitted Student Day attendance is optional for all students, but we encourage you to attend if you can.
• You will meet fellow admitted students, current students, professors, and campus staff who can help you navigate your new college home.
• Admitted Student Days are only offered for those starting Flagler during a Fall Semester. If you are starting at Flagler during a Spring Semester, you can schedule a full-day visit experience through the Office of Admissions by emailing visit@flagler.edu.  
• At Roar Up! Orientation, we host a transfer-specific orientation session in August or a breakout session during our Spring Roar Up! Orientation. This session will provide academic information for transfer students.  

• All incoming students are assigned an advisor in the Center for Advising and Core Experience (CACE).
• The CACE Advisor will reach out to set up a meeting to discuss the upcoming advising and registration period and any other academic questions or concerns.
• Transfer students will be transitioned to a faculty advisor in their area of study shortly after the Add/Drop Period ends. You can find your advisor by looking at your Unofficial Transcript or Advising Worksheet in MyFlagler once you have your login information from Tech Services. 

• Yes, if you applied and were admitted as a residential student, you will have a space on campus reserved for you after the completion of the enrollment process.  
• If you applied, were admitted as a commuter student, and would like to live on campus, you must email your admissions counselor about updating your status. Space on campus is limited and may not be available.  

We encourage you to attend Welcome Week. There will be a lot of fun activities on campus and chances for you to meet your peers.

• Students who have completed their AA (Associate of Arts) degree will have the entire Core Experience (including FlagSHIP) waived.
• Students who enter with 60+ credit hours but no AA will have First Year Seminar and FlagSHIP waived but will be required to complete the rest of the Core Experience.
• A CACE (Center for Advising and Core Experience) Advisor will help students navigate their remaining requirements during the initial enrollment and registration process.
