Your New Home
Before you start living on campus, the Admissions Office will send you a Student Housing Contract to complete. The packet allows us to collect:
- Your name
- Chosen name
- Emergency contact information
- Roommate matching information
- Housing request
The contract also provides important information you need to know, including the expectations to live on campus for the entire year and the policies laid out in the Student Handbook. Incoming students need to speak to their admissions counselor regarding when to submit their Student Housing Contract. The due dates for returning students depend on when Housing Day is during the semester.
The Housing Office then uses your Student Housing Contract to assign a compatible roommate. If you have a specific roommate request, both students need to fill out and submit the Roommate Request Form. Submitting the Roommate Request form is not a substitute for the Student Housing Contract.
Your housing assignment will be posted on your MyFlagler account once it becomes available.
Housing assignment dates for first-year and transfer students will be listed here once they are set.
