Campus Services include a diverse array of non-academic campus services that students need and value. Campus services at Flagler College are composed of dining services, bookstore, parking services, mail services, vending, card services, and facility rentals for conferences, camps, and weddings.
All of these services enhance the campus experiences that enrich the quality of life for students. They provide sustainable institutional resources to support student success and the academic mission of the institution.

Meet Our Team

Sarah Prodromou joined the Office of Business Services at Flagler College in 2016 from the University of Florida. Sarah has supported three institutions of higher education, with strengths in purchasing, implementation and training of PCard administration according to state and federal regulations, budget reconciliation, grant management, asset coordination and contract management. Sarah’s business acumen builds from corporate work in global supply chain management, as well as human resources experience as a staffing manager and recruiter.
Sarah studied International Business in Madrid and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin, with majors in Political Science and Spanish, and a minor in European Studies.

Bill Karback is a retired police officer from New Jersey who joined Flagler College in 2018. During his 26 year career in law enforcement, Bill served as a Patrol Officer, Detective, Detective Sergeant, Patrol Sergeant, and Officer in charge of traffic departments and Community Policing Units. Bill received numerous awards and commendations during his career, which include the Morris County American Legion Police Officer of the Year award, Morris County 200 Club Officer Award, as well as numerous life-saving and meritorious service awards. Bill was recognized by the New Jersey Special Olympics for his twenty-five years of volunteering and fundraising for the Special Olympics Torch Run. Bill attended William Paterson University and Seton Hall University.

Jennifer Sikes joined Flagler College in 2019, having spent 15 years at the University of Florida in Gainesville. Jennifer holds multiple national brand certifications lending to her expertise in overseeing the dining services on campus. Since arriving in 2019, Jennifer has maintained a guest focused experience holding multiple round tables with students to adjust offerings and meeting with groups to tailor the program to meet their needs. Jennifer is passionate about plant forward offerings and launching new menu items for students to experience through themed events and surprise and delight pop ups.

As a Flagler Alum, Hannah offers a great deal of knowledge and care that comes into servicing events on campus. She first began her hospitality career at St. Augustine’s own Casa Monica before traveling to Georgia with her husband where she furthered her experience in Catering Sales, Audio Visual Technology, and Wedding Coordination at Sea Island and King & Prince Resorts. They moved back home to Saint Augustine when they started a family. Hannah’s career also includes Conference Services Manager at Hammock Beach Resort, servicing large multi-day conferences such as Coca-Cola & Waste Connections.
Hannah’s role as Facility Rental Manager at Flagler College began in 2020. She oversees the College’s contractual agreements with publicly rented spaces on campus such as Weddings & Social Gatherings, Parking Lot Rentals, Lewis Auditorium, Filming & Photography Permitting, Residential Stays, and more. Working with the Special Events team, Hannah capitalizes on the best ways to showcase and offer Flagler College’s historic campus in to generate diverse revenue streams that support the college community.

Pete joined Flagler College in 2015, having spent the previous 8 years with Indian River State College. Since arriving in 2015, Pete has also served as an adjunct faculty member for the College of Business at Flagler. Pete holds an MBA from Amberton University, and a BA in Business Management from Ohio Northern University.
Pete’s management role ensures that the Flagler College Campus Store enhances the student experience by providing quality materials at competitive prices. The Campus Store meets students’ comprehensive need for books and course materials, collegiate apparel and spirit items, both encouraging class preparedness as well as fostering college spirit!

Angela Bettis joined the Office of Business Services in 2009. She relocated to Saint Augustine from the Washington, D.C. metro area where she worked in diverse fields. Angela was the Director of International Recruiting at an economic consulting firm, Assistant Office Manager at a heavy construction company, and a college administrator at Georgetown University. For Flagler College, Angela manages the day-to-day operations of the PCard program; issues purchase orders; writes, issues, and reviews bids; and assists with the purchase of furniture and other capital assets.
Angela hold a B.A. in Russian language (minor in Business Administration) from Old Dominion University, and a M.A. in Russian Studies from Georgetown University. She also holds a certificate in Russian language and culture from the Pushkin Institute in Moscow.
