Sara Schulz

Sara Schulz joined the Flagler team in 2021 after moving to St. Augustine from Indianapolis. Originally from the Pittsburgh area, Sara received her Bachelor’s degree at Penn State University. She has spent the last 15 years as an administrative professional and is thrilled to be back on a college campus and part of the higher education experience. Sara enjoys conversations about dogs and running. Sara has run over 20 marathons and is always looking for route suggestions!

Sarah Prodromou

Sarah Prodromou joined the Office of Business Services at Flagler College in 2016 from the University of Florida. Sarah has supported three institutions of higher education, with strengths in purchasing, implementation and training of PCard administration according to state and federal regulations, budget reconciliation, grant management, asset coordination and contract management. Sarah’s business acumen builds from corporate work in global supply chain management, as well as human resources experience as a staffing manager and recruiter.

Sarah studied International Business in Madrid and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin, with majors in Political Science and Spanish, and a minor in European Studies.

Joe Bruce

Joe Bruce recently joined Flagler College, having spent the last 15 years at the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) in St. Augustine. While there, he held leadership roles in Training and Quality Assurance and participated heavily in policy creation and compliance for state government and educational administration. For the last decade, Joe has been a leader in the fields of emergency preparedness, safety & security, and facilities management. As a Florida Certified Contract Manager, he managed small and large-scale construction and renovation projects of all types for historical campus buildings and educational programs.

As the Flagler College Executive Director of Facilities, Joe oversees all building and campus improvements while maintaining the historical integrity and character that makes the College so special. Joe holds a BA in History with a concentration in American Studies, is certified to teach K-12 Social Sciences, is an instructor of First Aid, CPR, and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, and possesses several Homeland Security National Incident Management certifications.

Bill Karback

Bill Karback is a retired police officer from New Jersey who joined Flagler College in 2018. During his 26 year career in law enforcement, Bill served as a Patrol Officer, Detective, Detective Sergeant, Patrol Sergeant, and Officer in charge of traffic departments and Community Policing Units. Bill received numerous awards and commendations during his career, which include the Morris County American Legion Police Officer of the Year award, Morris County 200 Club Officer Award, as well as numerous life-saving and meritorious service awards. Bill was recognized by the New Jersey Special Olympics for his twenty-five years of volunteering and fundraising for the Special Olympics Torch Run. Bill attended William Paterson University and Seton Hall University.

Brittney Percival

Brittney Percival joined the Office of Business Services at Flagler College in 2017. Before coming to Flagler, she worked 10 years in the hospitality industry with the last 5 years at management level. Brittney is a Flagler College Alumni with her BA in Business Administration and Economics.

As the Manager of Student Accounts, Brittney oversees the implementation and completion of the daily responsibilities in the Student Accounts Office. Brittney is successful in solving complex problems applying strong organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills.
