We are actively working on the following projects to further enhance our campus:

Residence Halls

Creating Comfort: Our residence halls are receiving significant upgrades to ensure a comfortable and inspiring living environment for all students. Enhancements include:

• Updated and expanded laundry facilities
• New furniture
• Inviting common area lounges and kitchens
• New student study spaces
• Upgraded flooring, paint, and lighting

Athletic Facilities

Pollard Tennis Center: The Pollard Tennis Center has undergone renovations to provide top-tier facilities for our athletes and recreational players. 

Improvements include:

• Resurfaced tennis courts
• Upgraded lighting
• Enhanced spectator seating areas
• Modernized locker rooms and equipment storage

Enhancing Academic Excellence

Biology Building: The Biology Building will be upgraded to support cutting-edge research and innovative learning. 

Key upgrades include:

Interfaith Center: The new Interfaith Center will be a hub for exploring our world's diverse religious and cultural landscapes.

• Exhibition spaces for cultural and religious artifacts

Welcome Center

First Impressions Matter: The new Welcome Center will serve as the gateway to Flagler College, offering a warm and informative introduction to prospective students, families, and visitors. 

Features will include:

• Modern reception and information areas
• Interactive displays showcasing the College's history and achievements
• Comfortable meeting and lounge spaces
• Dedicated areas for admissions and campus tours

Chiller Plant System

Sustainable Infrastructure: To support our growing campus, we are upgrading our Chiller Plant System to take on a larger load, ensuring efficient and reliable climate control across all buildings.
