Title IX Of The Educational Amendments Of 1972 States:
No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subject to discrimination under any educational program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.
Discrimination on the basis of sex can include sexual harassment. Sexual Harassment includes dating violence, sexual harassment, sexual assault, domestic violence, and stalking. It is our job as your college to provide programs, activities and a work environment free of all gender, sex, sexual orientation, sexual identity, gender identity or gender expression discrimination.
As a College, we will to treat all parties involved in reports of sexual harassment fairly, provide appropriate support and handle allegations in a prompt, thorough, and equitable manner.
