Alumni Email & Gmail

Flagler Alumni Email uses Gmail as its email system. Because of this, logging into your Alumni account when you already have a Gmail account can be complicated. Follow these instructions to set things up correctly.

1. Go to the Alumni Email login page.
2. If you are already logged into another Gmail account, click the "Switch accounts" button. 
3. Click the "Add account" button. 
4. Enter the Alumni Email login information that was sent to you. You must include @alumni.flagler.edu at the end of the username. 
5. If this is your first time logging in, you will be asked to choose a new password. Remember this password, as this will be your new Alumni Email password. 
6. You may be brought back to this page. If so, click on the " Click here to access your Alumni E-mail. " 
7. Once you are logged into your Alumni Email account, you will see the Inbox as usual. Select your username in the top right in order to switch back and forth between your Gmail and Alumni Email accounts.
