Our highest priority- elevating the image and reputation of the College. Marketing Materials Approval and Oversight Guideline

The Division of Marketing and Communications is optional to produce all official marketing materials; however, a member must be present at meetings and copied on correspondence from/to vendors and consultants where creative concepts and/or drafts are presented and discussed.

The Division of Marketing and Communications must approve all marketing materials regarding content, grammar, branding standards, and adherence to College policies. An approval code will be provided upon review and approval of use, which must be provided when submitting contracts for signature and invoices for approval.
