Graduation Information

  • All undergraduates must submit an online application to graduate and become degree candidates. The application can be found on my.flagler.edu and takes approximately three to five minutes to complete.
  • Candidates for August 2024, December 2024, and May 2025 degrees are members of the Class of 2025 and are eligible to participate in the Commencement Ceremony.
  • Walking Early: Candidates for future degrees in August 2025 who wish to “walk early” may also participate in the May 2025 Commencement if approved by the Registrar and Office of Academic Affairs.

  • Flagler College allows degree candidates for the summer of any given year to petition to walk early in the May commencement ceremony of that year.
  • Participation in the ceremony does not imply that the student has completed a course of study. No degree is awarded until the completion of all degree requirements are completed.
  • Students who wish to participate early in commencement must apply to graduate for the semester in which they plan to graduate, not the semester in which commencement is held.
    • For example, if you are graduating in the summer and want to walk early in May, you MUST apply to graduate in the summer and then complete the petition to walk early in the May commencement. The deadline to petition to participate early in the May 2025 Commencement was Feb. 1, 2025.
  •  Please complete this web form  ONLY if you wish to receive permission to participate early in commencement. The Registrar's Office will notify you of the outcome of your request.

Diplomas are mailed in late May and are not presented during the Commencement Ceremony. They may take 10 – 12 weeks to arrive.

Please complete the Diploma Mailing Address form to ensure your diploma is sent to the correct address. If you don't fill out a form, diplomas will be mailed to the current permanent address on file.

The Registrar maintains student academic records and provides all official transcripts. You can request yours below.
