What is MyCAA?

Flagler College is an eligible provider for the My Career Advancement Account (MyCAA) grant program for eligible military spouses. MyCAA awards military grants up to $4,000 of tuition assistance to eligible military spouses to pursue licenses, training, and certifications.

Being a military spouse can be very challenging. They are frequently called on to relocate, often uprooting their careers. Managing the logistics of transfers and maintaining the homefront while a spouse is deployed hones skills employers are looking for today. Firms seek workers who are resilient and able to overcome obstacles, who can adapt and recalibrate as situations change, and who know how to see the big picture and transform problems into opportunities.
