Ashley Cofield, Flagler College's Director of Student Leadership and Engagement, helped make Welcome Week happen for our new students.
“This was my first welcome week and move-in at Flagler College, and it was amazing! I had a blast welcoming the students and families at Ponce. I was able to meet new students and get more acquainted with staff across campus. During Welcome Week, I had the opportunity to enjoy a Movie Night watching Shang Chi with my fellow Marvel fans,” Ashley said on her experience with Welcome Week.
Ashley continued to reflect on the week, saying, “On Saturday, our students were able to ride the Trolley around town and even go ROCK CLIMBING! Sunday afternoon, we were all able to relax by painting the Flagler shield at the Painting with a Twist event. By the way, I will definitely be hanging this work of art in my office. We ended our week with community service on Martin Luther King Jr. Day by collecting trash on the Freedom Trail. This week was filled with so many different events, and I can't wait to see what we will be able to do in the fall.”
Here's a look at the newest additions to our campus.
